Affinity Plus College is led by Jane Elderkin, an Academic Quality Consultant with over 17 years' experience across New Zealand's tertiary and vocational education sector. Beginning her career as a tertiary educator in Health and Healthcare Management, Jane has since held leadership and specialist roles spanning programme development, assessment design, moderation, quality assurance, and academic leadership.
